Maximized Living was founded on The 5 Essentials to living a maximized life, and they are called "Essentials" because each one is absolutely necessary to live the full and healthy life you were intended to live. The 5 Essentials are irreducible minimums, meaning that you need to do these five things to keep the cells in your body in top shape and replicating normally for optimal body function.
Many people would attempt to narrow health down to only one discipline or essential, which states, "it's all about nutrition." Nothing, however, could be farther from the truth. While eating well is highly important to your health, ignoring the other four components we include in The 5 Essentials to Maximized Living will result in your body being unable to process all the good food you eat correctly! Yes, it is wonderful to get in great physical shape, but if you ignore all of The 5 Essentials, you may end up a very unhealthy--albeit muscular--person.
To function and heal normally, to experience your health potential, and to lead a long, joyful, fulfilling life, you must address all of The 5 Essentials. Every single Essential is important to the well-being of your body. It is foolish to focus on perfecting The 5 Essentials, for even health food nuts, superior athletes, and stress gurus don't necessarily live longer or better than you or I. It is about practicing each of The 5 Essentials and putting them into action in your life. When you practice them, you give yourself the best chance to experience what all of us want out of our bodies and our lives -- life to the Max!
If I were to ask any parent what the most important thing in their life is, almost every parent would respond in reference to their child and their child's health. If your child were diagnosed with cancer, as a parent you would gladly pay anything to get them back to optimum health. The health of our families is the most important thing in our lives. In order to keep our families healthy, we have to know what the definition of health really is.
Health, defined by the World Health Organization, is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. What exactly does this mean? It means that you may be expressing symptoms and still be healthy. To really understand health you have to look at the body on a cellular level. The body is made up of trillions of cells, and billions of cells die every second and new ones are replaced. In order to stay healthy and not fall victim to disease, these cells have to replicate normally. If replication occurs abnormally every second, then the result is disease building up within the body. While medical testing provides us with accurate depictions of disease building within our body, it's a bit to late for most. As a parent, I want to know now if my child is building abnormal cells, susceptible to disease, or other potentially dangerous effects.
In order for the cells in your body to replicate normally they need the following 5 Essentials:
#1 Minimize Toxins: Eliminate medications and refined foods.
#2 Maximize Nerve Supply: Subluxation free
#3 Maximize Nutrition: Vitamins, minerals, water, etc.
#4 Maximize Exercise: Proper exercise, muscles/fat ratio
#5 Maximize Relationships: Stress causes a weakened immune system and increases your risk of developing disease.
If your cells are missing one of these essentials, the cells begin to form abnormally. The only way to stay healthy for the rest of your life is to make sure you are using all of The 5 Essentials together. This is why most other programs fail, because they address a single essential, not all 5. When you apply The 5 Essentials of the Maximized Living program to your life, you can begin to have the life and health you've always dreamed about!
