Maximized Living Makeover
Read: Black Box Warning
Black Box Warning
by Dr. Greg Loman
By now, I would suspect that 99 percent of the planet knows about the Black Box Warning. If you are one of the few that does not know what it is, I will explain.
You see, due to the fact that antidepressant medications are causing children and adults to take their own life, the pharmaceutical industry has been mandated to put a serious warning on the medication bottles -- the Black Box Warning. I believe at this point that most people have recognized the dangers of this type of medication. Practically every major high school shooting has involved a child or adult on some sort of antidepressant medication. For additional information, The Maximized Living book offers a sufficient view of the facts involved with antidepressant medication and violence.
The re-occurrence of altercations involving these dangerous medications leads to my belief that the Black Box Warning is not working. It is equivalent to making pedophiles register within the community so as to inform its inhabitants of their presence. The ideology surround the Black Box Warning and registering pedophiles all concern curbing incidents from potentially occurring. Instead, I suggest we do something to prevent them altogether.
My idea surrounds a new Black Box Warning, to be placed on your child's birth certificate. My definition that all parents would have to read before taking their child home from the hospital or birthing center would sound different from the medication bottle:
WARNING!: From this day forward life it too precious. Your job as a parent is to take responsibility and teach your child how to live well. The human being is a physical, spiritual and emotional life. You must teach your child how to address each of these entities so they have the opportunity to live a HEALTHY life!
If you do not know how, then it is your responsibility to take your child to a Maximized Living Doctor so that they can teach your family how to never end up needing antidepressant medication.
Life is not black and white, nor are you either well or diseased. Life and health are shades of gray. If you are mostly well, then there is still an element of you that is suffering. If you are sort of happy, then you are still sort of depressed. While having the odds in the positive will be favorable to you, if you begin to approach the edge where you are mostly depressed or mostly suffering you will in turn begin manifesting the negative effects. Stay the heck away from the edge! Depression is more than just a bad week--it has serious physical components. If your body is subject to a harsh environment resulting in illness, then so is your brain. By getting healthy, your problem with depression will begin to diminish and eventually disappear, leaving you the ability to live a happy, full life.
