The recent obsession with physical beauty and longevity has everyone talking about the mythical "fountain of youth". Men and women around the world have begun to inject human growth hormone (HGH) into their bodies in an attempt to look better, feel better, and live longer.

What exactly is human growth hormone? It is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. This hormone stimulates growth and cell production in human beings. Growth hormone has some amazing benefits such as creating an increase in lean muscle mass, healthy bone maintenance, and fat reduction, all while helping control sugar and insulin levels. It is also responsible for helping keep our skin looking young and healthy and increasing our energy levels. As we grow older, the pituitary gland produces a little less of this important hormone. The level of HGH secretion is highest in our early childhood. The level of growth hormone continues to decline throughout our adult life. This decrease in the levels of this sensitive hormone is what scientists believe contributes to problems like depression, energy loss, decrease in sex drive, loss of stamina, physical aging, loss of muscle mass and all age associated health issues. Given the replenishing affects of this hormone, no wonder so many people are rushing to have doctors inject the hormone into their body! In order to combat the common symptoms of aging, many are using hormone replacement therapy. This procedure involves the simple injection of the hormone beneath the skin. Yet, patients are neglecting the potentially hazardous side effects of the injection of human growth hormone. Enlarged heart, enlarged kidneys, premature onset of diabetes, hypoglycemia, stiff muscles or joints, numbness in extremities, fatigue, and high blood pressure have all been attributed to the use of hormone.
The positive effects of human growth hormone make it the closest discovery to the fountain of youth that we have ever experienced. It is the solution to aging that human kind has been searching for. While injections are a quick and easy fix, we must find a natural way to regain human growth hormone within our bodies!

The best way to trigger growth hormone is to immerse yourself in an intense exercise routine. The more intense your exercise regimen, the better it is for your body and production of human growth hormone. The largest human growth hormone surge in a normal day tends to occur around one hour after the onset of nighttime sleep, therefore it is vital for you to get plenty of sleep daily. • Get at least 8 hours sleep a night in dark room
