The Max Intermediate Diet
The Max Intermediate Diet is a powerful diet researched and formulated to maximize your body's full potential for health, energy, recovery, and brain power. This is accomplished by continuing the Max Beginner Diet and now refining it to eat only Max grains (one meal a day) and Max fruits. These minor alterations provide maximum benefits to metabolism, glucose and hormone regulation, as well as your body's immune response to foreign protein, such as gluten and cellular nutrition.
The Max Intermediate Diet follows the same food list and principles as the Max Beginner Diet with the following limitations:
The Max Intermediate Diet was created through grain research that shows genetically altered grains are so altered that many individuals have intolerances or allergic reactions to the grain proteins. Historically, when a culture consumes 50 to 60 percent of its calories from grain, degenerative diseases rise proportionately. The Max Intermediate Diet limits your grain intake to one meal a day and specifies healthy grains that are less altered by man.
These grains include: Wild rice, brown rice, quinoa, millet, amaranth, and non-GMO corn. Why these grains? They are mostly ancient grains that have less genetic alteration, more nutrients, more protein, less intolerance (gluten-free), and lower glycemic action.
From the Max food Beginner Diet List Choose only Max fruits. These are best ingested after a workout and with protein such as a grass-fed, nonpasteurized, or nonhomogenized raw whey protein.
For the Max Intermediate Diet, it's highly recommended that you take the plunge and go organic. Why? Because organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds contain higher nutrient levels and avoid the use of cancer-causing chemicals.
Tip: Blending vegetables increases nutrient uptake and therefore increased energy, clarity, and metabolism, supporting weight loss.
