The Healing Diet Meal Plan







Some individuals require a more advanced diet to restore health and healing to their body, to lose weight or provide detoxification, and to optimize body function. The Healing Diet is also for people who are already in a state of disease such as ADD, autism, cancer, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, diabetes, or heart disease.

The Healing Diet utilizes two principles: increasing good fats and removing sugar and everything that turns to sugar. Following it accomplishes three objectives: healing and powering up the fifty to one hundred trillion cells that make up your entire body and thus controlling inflammation, assisting in the removal of toxins, and regulating hormone function.

You may use this diet for short periods of time or, if you are genetically suited to it, you may stay on this diet. Your Maximized Living Health Mentor can help you determine how long to stay on this diet.
