When choosing a lifestyle of energy, health, strength and longevity to maximize your health, take time to explore the power in the Advanced Diet. The Advanced Diet simply builds upon the food list and principles of the Beginner Diet. The Advanced Diet limits your grain intake to one meal a day and specifies healthy grains that are less altered by man.

For the Advanced Diet, it's highly recommended that you take the plunge and go organic. Why? Because organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds contain higher nutrient levels and avoid the use of cancer-causing chemicals.
